Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman is calling on the Ukrainian Parliament and Government to combine efforts in social protection of the population.
"We have to bring funds from the state budget into the pockets of the Ukrainians. Then there will be no problems. We must not find out who is a hero today and who is not, as that is not the way to succeed," he said.
